Recovery / Reconstruction of corrugator rolls.

Regeneration consists in the reconstruction of the used rollers, through their turning and recapping by a welding layer, returning them to the original diameter of the new rolls.

This process redounds to a reasonable reduction of the cost of regenerated rolls, forward to the new rolls where Friese ensures:

  • Performance and production identical to the new rolls.
  • Useful life identical to the new rolls.
  • Diameter of utilization and overall geometry of the rolls exactly like the new rolls.
  • Number of subsequent grindings identical to the new rolls.
